MN Global Returns & Refund Policy

At MN Global, we are committed to providing exceptional artworks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. As many of our artworks are original, limited edition, or custom-made, our return and refund policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the unique nature of fine art.
 

Return Eligibility
 

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your artwork, provided that:

  • The artwork is returned in its original condition.

  • The artwork has not been altered, installed, or damaged after delivery.

  • All original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and accompanying materials are included.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

MN Global reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
 

Non-Returnable Items
 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Commissioned or custom-made artworks.

  • Personalized artworks.

  • Limited edition pieces marked as final sale.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs of the artwork.

  • Photographs of the packaging, including any visible damage.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, MN Global will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
 

Refunds
 

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the artwork arrived damaged.
 

Return Shipping
 

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the artwork.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as MN Global cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
 

Order Cancellations
 

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered production, packaging, or shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

Commissioned or custom artwork orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
